2007 Fond du Lac Recreational Swim Team
The Fond du Lac Recreational Swim Team (FRST) is a competitive US Swimming club for people ages approximately 6 years old—21 years old..
We are supported by the Fond du Lac Recreation Department as well as the parents of our team. Our home is the Fond du Lac Community Aquatic Center on 100 West 9th Street Fond du Lac Wisconsin.

Our Purpose is:
Helping today’s swimmer learn to achieve, compete with others and one’s self, and develop life skills, while forming strong personal relationships.
Our Goals are:

To develop a sense of pride and joy in hard work and accomplishments from those efforts.
